At NCIA Vocational Training Centers, vocational skills and life skills are offered holistically to best serve program participants. Graduates leave the VTC prepared for work and ready to thrive in their chosen fields.
We work closely with each candidate throughout their journey. Each participant is provided personalized attention and support from the moment they begin training through our Workforce Development Institute and case management programs. This continuum of care ensures that no one falls through the cracks and that every participant has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Another asset VTC graduates gain is training through our Workforce Development Institute. This provides individualized case management that customizes the experience for each person. Based on their life story, dreams and goals, we teach life readiness skills like financial literacy and digital literacy, and job readiness skills like resume writing and interview preparation.
