Donald Flood III is a devoted father of two daughters whose story is defined by resilience and transformation. In his early adult years, Donald faced legal challenges that ultimately led to incarceration, but he refused to let those setbacks define his future.
Determined to change the trajectory of his life, Donald turned to NCIA’s Vocational Training Center as a path forward. With unwavering commitment, he earned his CDL Class B license, which opened new doors and gave him a renewed sense of professional and personal purpose.
Today, Donald works at RTW Transportation, building a career that allows him to provide for his family and be a strong, steady presence in his daughters’ lives. His transformation is a powerful example of what’s possible with support and opportunity.
“I would recommend this program to everybody,” Donald shares. “When I was at my lowest, everyone there motivated me to keep going. I want to let the young guys know they can do it too!”
