Othella Gough was born and raised in the 21215 zip code 7th congressional district. He has been involved in criminal justice since age 12.
At age 45, Othella enrolled ing NCIA’s VTC in order to obtain a Maryland CDL Class B. Upon enrollment, he started in pursuit of his dream job at Baltimore City Department of Public Works.
He successfully completed CDL training and received his class B license and was able to fulfill his dream of being employed at DPW, earning $47k annually.
In addition, Othella is a community activist and takes great pride in exercising his right to vote.
