hands-on automotive repair class

a man standing in an automotive repair shopDejuanta faced fourteen months of incarceration due to his challenges with fighting. Less than one month after returning, he entered the NCIA Vocational Training Center in Charlotte, NC, with the goal of bettering his life and earning an automotive certification.

After he left his employment at Meineke, Dejuanta was eager to earn back his position with his newfound skills. His completion of training signifies personal triumph and the value of dedication.

In May 2023, Dejuanta graduated from the NCIA Vocational Training Center with an ASE Brakes certification. However, he gained more than a certification. He also learned the value of patience and perseverance through his dedication to the program.

He realized he had been missing out on happiness, and his success with NCIA has made him happy.

NCIA applauds Dejuanta for his devotion to the program and for bettering his future. With his ASE Brakes certification, he can find steady employment and improve his path.
