Please join us in welcoming Rodney Norris as the new Executive Director of  NCIA’s Community-Based Alternatives Initiative (CBAI) and our Career Development Center (CDC). Following the departure of Thomas Pointer, the decision was made to use Rodney’s team-building skills to develop and direct both the residential and career development programs.

We at NCIA are fortunate to have leadership as committed and dedicated as Rodney. He began his career as a part-time residential counselor in November 1995. Having earned numerous promotions, in December 2000, he filled in as Acting Director of Residential Services and was subsequently promoted to be the Executive Director of our expanding Career Development Center. Now, 13 years after his hiring, Rodney is responsible for our largest program with over 225 clients. During this period, in 2004, Rodney also earned his Master’s Degree in Human Services.

Rodney’s example is an inspiration for all of us at NCIA to become the best we can be.
