The National Center on Institutions and Alternatives, Inc. (NCIA), a leader in community-based services for individuals with developmental disabilities, today announced that the Maryland Aviation Administration has awarded the company a $530,000 three-year maintenance contract.
The Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA) is the owner and operator of Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) and Martin State Airport. NCIA will provide cleaning services for five major areas of Martin State Airport.
