On June 13, 2008, NCIA’s Youth In Transition School celebrated another wonderful graduation. Diplomas and certificates were awarded to 13 graduates. The commencement address was given by Secretary Donald DeVore, Maryland Department of Juvenile Services. It was the largest graduation in YIT School history and over 200 family, friends and community leaders and school officials were present.

Our Youth In Transition School is truly an extraordinary learning environment. With our dedicated teachers and outstanding leadership, NCIA operates one of the most respected nonpublic schools in the state of Maryland.
