“Everyone deserves the chance to be successful.”

– NCIA Co-Founder, Herb Hoelter

Herb HoelterAfter 45 years of inspirational leadership, NCIA founder Herb Hoelter transitioned from his role as CEO to establish and guide a new foundation with the goal of expanding NCIA’s resources and impact.

The NCIA Foundation supports NCIA’s vital work empowering people to build fulfilling lives. Program participants include people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, food and housing insecurity, and those involved in the criminal justice system.
