All individuals with developmental disabilities who are eligible to receive funding through the Developmental Disabilities Administration in Maryland may qualify for services. NCIA's Career Development Center is governed by the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR), 10..22..07, Vocational and Day Services, 34 CFR Part 363, The State Supported Employment Services Program, and must also adhere to local fire and safety codes, stipulations of the court, and wishes of the family.
