Rodney Norris joined NCIA in 1995 and is currently executive director of
the NCIA Career Development Center. His areas of responsibility
include operations, finance, and supervision, of the Career Development
Center, which currently serves 120 clients and employs 50 staff.
He also supervises the design and implementation of new vocational
and supported employment programs, as well as the community and
business relationships that pertain to these programs.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Coppin State University
and holds a Master of Science degree in Human Service from Lincoln
University. He is currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program in human
service and non-profit management through Capella University and
is a certified behavior intervention (BPS) trainer for NCIA and
other agencies.
