David Heebner is executive director of the NCIA Augustus Institute for Mental Health - Virginia, a nationally-recognized outpatient program for the treatment of sexual disorders. He has over 25 years of professional experience with addictive disorders and problems affecting marriage and family life. He currently specializes in the treatment of Internet pornography addiction, including child pornography in cases where clients have been charged with illegal activity on-line.

Mr. Heebner attended Bloomsburg University, University of Pittsburgh and Regent University and holds degrees in sociology and counseling. Prior to joining NCIA, Mr. Heebner held management and treatment positions in numerous inpatient and outpatient programs.
